Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges







Ingredients :

  • 4 white pita wedges
  • 125g/4oz butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup/45g/1.5oz grated parmesan cheese
Method :
  1. Slit pita bread in half, cut each half into 4 wedges.
  2. Combine butter, garlic and basil, brush overcut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Place in single layer on over trays, bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
For 32 wedges
