- 4 white pita wedges
- 125g/4oz butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup/45g/1.5oz grated parmesan cheese
- Slit pita bread in half, cut each half into 4 wedges.
- Combine butter, garlic and basil, brush overcut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place in single layer on over trays, bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
