- 1 lb round steak
- 2 sliced green pepper
- 2 quarter tomato
- 4 chopped onion
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprout
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon water
- Slice steak thinly in short cross-wise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides.
- Add soy sauce and sugar. Then, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers ; cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in until sauce is thicken. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
