Ingredients :
- 4 lbs cubed beef
- 1 pint beer
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 3 sliced onion
- 1/5 cup flour
- 4 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Melt butter in large skillet and Sauté onion until tender. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
- Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onion mixture.
- Add enough beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer until meat tender.
