- 4 pork chops
- ½ cup fluor
- 2 beaten egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon butter
- Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl. Dip chops in fluor, then in egg, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- Melt butter in large skillet and brown chops. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 3 minute. Remove cover and continue cooking until chops are completely cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon and butter noodle.
