- 2 ½ lbs chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ clove minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- ¼ cup sherry/white wine
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Cut chicken into pieces. Then, sprinkle with salt, pepper and fluor.
- Deep fry chicken in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in same pan. Add chicken and rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
