Ingredients :
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
Methods :
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Russian Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients :

• 2 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak
• 4 tablespoon butter
• ½ tablespoon minced onion
• ½ lb sliced mushroom
• ½ pt sour cream
• Salt
• Nutmeg
Method :

1. Pound sirloin or tenderloin very thin and cut into near finger-shaped pieces.
2. Melt ½ butter in a large heavy pan. Add onion, cook and stir until onion is tender. Add beef, cook quickly, about 5 minutes, browning on all sides. Set aside.
3. Sauté mushrooms I remaining butter. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and add to beef. Add cream, heat and season delicately to taste.
4. Serve over buttered noodle.

Berry Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh strawberries
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon rind lemon
• 2 teaspoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoon cognac




Method :

1. Berry mixture:
Cook berries in sugar (more if fresh) just until hot. Add lemon juice, grated lemon rind and simmer 5 minutes. Forece though sieve.
2. Mix together cornstarch and cognac until smooth. Add berry mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it is clear and thickened.
3. Sauce may be served hot or cold. Serve over fruit or ice cream.

Note : Blueberries may be used instead of strawberries.

Basil Tomatoes Salad













Ingredients :


• 3 medium sliced tomato
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teapoon vinegar
• Pinch salt
• Pinch pepper
• Pinch garlic powder

Method :

1. Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add tomatoes and evenly coat. Add pinch garlic powder.
3. Chill at least 2 hours.

Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

• 6 pork chops
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 sliced lemon
• ½ cup tomato sauce
• Salt
• Pepper
• ¼ brown sugar

Method :

1. Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet.
2. Place them in greased baking dish. Place a thin slice of lemon on each, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce.
4. Cover and bake for 1 hours and 15 minutes at 350oF.

Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

• 2 large ripe avocado
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1 small can chili pepper

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1 tablespoon minced onion

• Dash tobasco sauce


Method :


1. Mash peeled avocados well or use blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Aioli Sauce


Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 5 cloves crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¾ cup olive oil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper


Method :

1. Separate yolks and wisks yollks with mustard and garlic in bowl.
2. Add oil drop by drop, beating continuously until half of oil is used.Add lemon juice a little at a time and remaining oil still beating.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve as dip for shrimp or sauce over fish as sole, flounder, or halibut. Chill

Almond Chicken

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup slivered almond
  • 2 ½ cups cooked chicken
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup white raisin
  • ½ cup sliced mushroom
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup sherry
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper
Method :
  1. Melt half of the butter in a large skillet. Sauté mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add rest of butter, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Then, add raisins and sherry.
  3. Cook until sherry has been absorbed. Add milk and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with almonds over rice or toast.

Simply Bruschetta with Basil Tomatoes










Ingredients :

  • 3 medium sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Some roasted garlic bagel crisp
  • Mozzarella cheese
Method :
  1. Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Combine tomatoes and evenly coat. Add pinch garlic powder.
  2. Chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Spoon some on the Roasted Garlic Bagel Crisps. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. If want thinly slice some crusty bread, place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper then bake at 350 degrees for a few minutes until slightly brown and crispy.

Mexican Chili Con Carne










Ingredients :

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 cups canned tomato
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 medium can kidney beans
Method :
  1. Pan fry ground beef, onion and green pepper in skillet until meat is brown. Drain fat.
  2. Add remaining to ingredients except beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until thick (about 1 hour). Stir in beans and heat.
  3. For dried kidney beans - use ½ lb (for standard serving size). Wash, and cover with boiling water. Cook 2 minutes and removes from heat.
  4. Soak for 1 hour then bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender.

Ginger Pork







Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs cubed pork
  • 1/3 chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • ¼ cup sliced onion
  • 1 clove mince garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 tablespoon peanut oil
  • Cooked rice
  • Fluor
Method :
  1. Dredge meat in flour. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add half of meat and brown quickly. Remove meat and set aside. Pour off excess oil in pan.
  3. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce and sherry. Add onion, garlic, sugar, ginger and pepper. Place in a pan along with meat.
  4. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.

Dill Liver and Onions






Ingredients :

  • 1 lb sliced liver
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • ¼ cup butter

Method :
  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge liver with the mixture on both sides.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and brown liver using medium heat. Reduce heat, sprinkle with onion and dill.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Chinese Pepper Steak








Ingredients :

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 2 sliced green pepper
  • 2 quarter tomato
  • 4 chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup bean sprout
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon water
Method :
  1. Slice steak thinly in short cross-wise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides.
  2. Add soy sauce and sugar. Then, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers ; cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in until sauce is thicken. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.

Beer Broiled Beef

Ingredients :

  • 4 lbs cubed beef
  • 1 pint beer
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 3 sliced onion
  • 1/5 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
Method :
  1. Melt butter in large skillet and Sauté onion until tender. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
  2. Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onion mixture.
  3. Add enough beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer until meat tender.

Chops Milanese






Ingredients :

  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ cup fluor
  • 2 beaten egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon butter
Method :
  1. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl. Dip chops in fluor, then in egg, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet and brown chops. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 3 minute. Remove cover and continue cooking until chops are completely cooked.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon and butter noodle.

Duck a L'orange








Ingredients :

  • 5-6 lb cut duck
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon peeling orange
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • 1 ¼ cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sections orange
Method :
  1. Puncture duckling generously with fork, then place on rack in rosting pan. Pour most of the sweet red wine over duckling pieces.
  2. Roast in slow oven about 325o F, basting occasionally, allowing for about 25 minutes/pound.
  3. In medium saucepan, sauté orange peel and garlic in oil. Mix in ginger, pepper and orange sections. Then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with roast duckling with roast duckling.

Russian Soup-Borscht






Ingredients :

  • ½ peeled beet
  • 1 ½ qt water
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Method :
  1. Grate beets and combine with onion and water in a heavy kettle. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
  2. Add tomato, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 45 minutes more.
  3. Mix eggs together and stir into soup. Heat (do not boil).
  4. Serve hot or cold topped with sour cream.

Chicken Marengo






Ingredients :

  • 2 ½ lbs chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ clove minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup sherry/white wine
  • 2 tablespoon flour
Method :
  1. Cut chicken into pieces. Then, sprinkle with salt, pepper and fluor.
  2. Deep fry chicken in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in same pan. Add chicken and rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until tender.

Strawberry Crepes


Prep : 10 minutes
Cook : 45minutes


Ingredients :

  • 100 Ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Frying Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 g Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Orangenliquor (Mix rhum, butter cream and orange essence to make)
  • 60 g fluor
  • Margarine
  • 3 Teaspoon Strawberry Jam
  • Strawberry Fruit

Method :

  1. To make orangenliquor, place rhum, butter cream and orange essence in a bowl then mix to combine. Set aside.
  2. Place milk, eggs and frying oil in a bowl and whip until smooth. Add salt, sugar and orangenliquor and mixed to combine. Add fluor and whip again until smooth.
  3. Warm frying pan which already put margarine with medium fire. Fill all dough until yellow.
  4. Take dan make it cold for about 30 minutes.
  5. Rub spread with strawberry jam then fold crepes into four.
  6. Garnish with strawberry fruit.

Devilled Eggs







ingredients :

12 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoon thickened (double) cream
snipped fresh chives or dill

Method :

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Stirring gently will keep the yolks centred. Discontinue stirring, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain eggs, then rinse under cold running water until cool enough to handle.
  2. Peel eggs and cut in half lenghtwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Set white aside. Add mustard, curry powder, mayonnaise and cream and mash until mixture is well combine and smooth.
  3. Spoon egg yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle and rosettes into reserve egg white shells. (If want)Garnish with chives or dill.
